The carpentry company Olsen & Pedersen Aps was founded in 1972 by Kaj Olsen & Leif Pedersen. In 1999, Leif Pedersen resigned to retire. Kaj Olsen continued to run the company alone until Jesper Olsen joined the company in 2005. They ran the company together until 31 April 2007. Kaj Olsen chose to retire and in the same connection Hans Andersen joined the company. In 2016, Jesper Olsen resigned.

The company continues today in the same spirit and under the same name.
