The house is owned by Byhusforeningen, which runs a cinema, rents out the hall for private parties, organizes concerts etc

In Nysted cinema, we show a new, current cinema film every week. It costs only DKK 70 for a ticket and that includes coffee or tea. The cinema is run by volunteers and is a cozy meeting place for all film and music lovers.
