NOTICE TO GENERAL MEETING 2024


Nysted Orgelmuseum's friends' association hereby invites our members to participate in this year's general meeting which will be held

MONDAY MARCH 11 AT 16.30 – 18.30

The GENERAL MEETING will be held in Nysted Orgelmuseum, Adelgade 30, 4880 Nysted

At 4:30 p.m
Arrival and registration. Coffee/tea and cookie. Option to pay annual quota 2024.

at 17.00 -18.00
General meeting with the following agenda:

  1.  Selection of conductor.
  2. The board's report.
  3. Proposals received.
  4.  Submission of audited accounts.
  5.  Determining the quota.
  6.  Election to the board of directors.
  7. Election of one alternate.
  8. Election of two auditors
  9.  Optionally.

at 18-18.30 introduction of new organs and mini-concert.

Proposals that are to be dealt with at the general meeting must reach the chairman in writing (info@orgelmuseum.dk) no later than 8 days before the general meeting.
