With the Live of the Year award in 2019 in the DMA Blues category, Grarup Allstars cemented their position as one of Denmark's absolute best live bands – also outside the blues genre. A provisional highlight for the orchestra, which is basking in superlatives and rave reviews.

Niels Mathiasen: Denmark's soul saxophone no. 1 from Gnags and Poul Krebs.
Uffe Steen: The super-equilibrist (Shades of Blue) on guitar.
Niels Nello Mogensen: Johnny Madsen's rock solid swinging bass player.
Esben Bach: With his virtuoso drumming.
Rasmus Stenholm: With its vital bubbling organ power.
Margrete Grarup: Outstanding vocals - and perhaps the country's best soul/blues singer.
